What Is It?

The Profit Booster App is another binary options software. If you’re not familiar with binary options than let me explain it to you.

Binary options are basically short term stocks. You invest your money and then you have to predict whether the value of a specific stock will go up or down in the next 60 seconds.

If you guess correctly, you get your money back plus some additional money. If you guess wrong, you lose all of the money you invested.

The Profit Booster App is another binary options software that claims to have the formula for predicting whether the value of stocks will go up or down.

According to the promotional video,  the app they created does all the work for you and you don’t need any knowledge or experience in trading at all. Wow, sounds pretty good. Maybe even too good to be true.

The Promo Video

The promo video is slightly different from a lot of the other binary options that I’ve reviewed because it doesn’t start out showing mansions, fancy cars, private jets, limos or yahts. This is a good sign because usually those are red flags for scams.

Instead it just gives a bunch of text screen shots like this.

This one is a little bit of a red flag because it’s bragging about how much money he’s made. Saying he’s made over $800,000 in the last 12 months is pretty far fetched and does raise some suspicions from me, but it’s not the usual $10 million that a lot of scams out there are claiming to make.

Then he gives us a bank screenshot just to try to give us proof of more earnings.

Okay so now he’s starting to look a little scammy with all these screenshots of money made. The fact is that anyone with minimal computer skills can fake a bank statement which is exactly why legitimate programs don’t even bother showing them.

So the video started out seeming okay and the production quality was actually really good. It wasn’t blatantly obvious that the people in the video were actors right away but unfortunately it did get worse as the video went on.

He eventually resorted to showing expensive cars and bragging about buying a Range Rover all in cash. He also kept mentioning his pregnant wife as a way to humanize himself which didn’t work at all because his voice actually sounded computer generated.

Then there was this little counter .

This counter was counting down from 20 once the video started. This is a very old marketing trick meant to make people rush into making the decision to sign up.

Once you’ve seen a lot of crap products, you see these counters and you automatically know it’s complete BS. All you have to do is refresh the page and the counter starts over again. Very amateur trickery.

So although the video started out okay, it got worse and worse as it went on. Pretty much turned into a straight up givaway that it’s a crap product.

How Does It Work?

So the app itself is not really technology at all. Once you download it and fill out all your information you then have to select your broker. This is where it gets interesting.

They don’t want you to just randomly select any broker and they scare you into selecting the broker of their choice with statements like this.

So they act as though they’re saving your butt by helping you choose a “qualified” broker but really the only butt they care about is their own.

Certain brokers pay commissions out to people who refer others to them. So if you go to the broker of their choice, they automatically make money when you invest.

One of their statements in the video says that the don’t make any money off of your earnings which is completely true because they don’t. They make their money off your deposit not your earnings. So even if(or when) you lose all of your money, they still make money off of you.

Ah ha, now you are seeing how they operate. Now it’s becoming very obvious that this is actually a scam.

Is There Any Technology At All?

The truth is that there is no technology at all. The app is just a basic platform that shows a few different stocks and keeps track of your balance. It does do all of the trading for you but it is completely random and you would actually be better off guessing them on your own.

The only control you have is over how many trades you want it to make in a day and how much money you want to invest. Although there is a minimum investment of $250. I believe they do this because they have promised their affiliates a certain amount for each referral.

You may have seen some positive reviews on written about this app as did I but don’t let them fool you. There are a lot of internet marketers out there who are straight up predators.

They will promote any product that pays them. basically they will say anything they have to in order to make money and once you lose money on one of their recomendations they will ignore you completely.

This is why the internet is so dangerous for people looking to make money. I’ve been ripped off many times by these so-called “make money online” programs and it really sucks.

That’s why I decided to start this website. I now dedicate my time to review as many programs as I can and weed out the good products from the scams. And there are good products out there, there are just WAY more scams than there are honest products.

MY VERDICT: SCAM

How Can You Tell A Scam From A Real Program?

There are a lot of red flags that will givaway scams.  Here are a few to look out for.

  • very large money making promises
  • saying that there’s no work involved
  • saying that the money comes fast
  • showing flashy cars, houses, yahts or airplanes
  • not telling you exactly how you will make money
  • showing stacks of cash
  • showing bank statements
  • talking about being rich

These are just a few things to look out for when you’re seeking an online opportunity. I make my living online and I’ll be the first person to tell you that it’s not easy. It takes hard work, dedication, persistence, patience and a willingness to learn.

When I first started out working online I didn’t know anything about internet marketing and I didn’t know where to start. Fortunately I found a training program that was honest and legitimate.

The training program I learned from is called Wealthy Affiliate and you can check it out right here to see what it’s all about.

Essentially it’s a program that teaches people real and honest ways to make money from a website. You don’t need any experience because they teach you everything you need to know. But be aware, although it’s very lucrative, it’s not easy.

Thanks for stopping by today and please stay far away from the Profit Booster App. If you have any questions or comments please use the box below and I’ll be sure to respond ASAP.

Cheers,

Robert
